CUE Summer Party 2010

Thanks everyone for attending!

Industry Event with University of Michigan Alumni August 26, 2010 - 7 PM

Our annual summer party is booked at the J Restaurant & Lounge for Thursday, August 26th! We'll be mixing it up with University of Michigan alumni and it promises to be a extremely fun and memorable night.

We have reserved the entire back patio at the swanky watering hole, which includes an outdoor bar, cabanas, a 30-foot projection screen, a view of the skyline and plenty of nooks and crannies to carry on good conversation.

We've also arranged to have J Lounge's resident mixologist dream up a couple of $6 specialty cocktails, one of them inspired by Columbia University and the other by Michigan, which will be served all night. And from 7-9 PM there will be happy hour specials on drinks and delectable appetizers.

Last but not least, if you want to dance the night away there will also be a DJ spinning inside until the wee hours! So come one and come all to mingle in style with your fellow Columbians and meet a few members of the Michigan Mafia as well.

4th Annual CUE Summer Party!CUE 2010 Summer Party
CUFF Los Angeles Film Festival and Party - June 10
CUFF Alumni Panel - TBC
You MUST RSVP to attend!

Please note:  The screening and party are SOLD OUT as of June 8, 2010!

CUE and Columbia are taking it up a notch this year and hosting the festival at CAA! The New York City portion of the festival had one of its most successful years to date, with packed theaters, ground-breaking films and, of course, fabulous parties.

We hope you can all attend the upcoming events in Los Angeles to support this years crop of talented filmmakers and mingle with other CUE members over delish hors d'oeuvres and a wide open bar.

The big days are June 9th and 10th, and the events consist of a panel discussion with industry agents and managers, a screening of the award-winning Faculty Select films and a grand reception to follow.

It's a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new ones and network with industry execs. And afterwards, head over to X-Bar with fellow Columbia alumni for an informal after-party with an A-list mixologist who's sure to keep your taste buds tingling long into the night!
